Security Guard

Security Guard is responsible for maintaining hospital safety, visitor management, access control, surveillance, and overall security support. The requires 10th or 12th qualification with discipline, alertness, physical fitness, and professional behavior. Candidates should be able to manage hospital entry points, guide visitors, prevent unauthorized access, and support a safe hospital environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital entry and exit points to ensure proper security.
• Manage visitor movement and guide patients or attendants when required.
• Maintain access control for restricted hospital areas.
• Check visitor details, staff movement, and authorized entries.
• Monitor CCTV, premises, parking, and public areas as assigned.
• Prevent unauthorized access, disturbance, theft, or unsafe activity.
• Support emergency response during fire, medical emergency, or security incidents.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and department staff for security needs.
• Maintain visitor registers, security logs, and duty records.
• Assist in crowd control during busy OPD or emergency hours.

• Report suspicious activity, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support ambulance movement, parking coordination, and patient flow when required.
• Follow hospital security policies, discipline, and safety protocols.
• Maintain polite, alert, and professional conduct during duty.
