Management Associate to Executive - Manufacturing Parenteral

The Management Associate to Executive - Manufacturing (Parenteral) will be responsible for supporting sterile injectable manufacturing activities, batch processing, equipment operation, documentation, line clearance, and GMP compliance at Sun Pharma, Halol. This requires ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification with 2–7 years of experience in parenteral manufacturing, aseptic processing, cleanroom practices, and pharmaceutical production standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute parenteral manufacturing activities as per approved BMR, SOPs, and production plan.
• Support sterile manufacturing, filling, filtration, compounding, vial or ampoule processing activities.
• Operate manufacturing equipment as per validated procedures and safety requirements.
• Follow aseptic practices, cleanroom discipline, gowning procedures, and contamination control standards.
• Perform line clearance, area readiness, equipment cleaning, and batch changeover activities.
• Verify material name, batch number, quantity, label, and product details before usage.
• Record process parameters, equipment logs, cleaning records, and batch documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, stores, warehouse, and production supervisors.
• Monitor in-process quality, yield, rejection, machine performance, and production output.
• Report deviations, abnormalities, equipment issues, or material shortages to seniors promptly.
• Follow GMP, GDP, data integrity, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of production activities without compromising quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of manufacturing areas.
• Participate in audits, training, process improvement, and compliance readiness activities.
• Support safe, compliant, and efficient parenteral manufacturing operations.
