Technician -Manufacturing Parenteral

The Technician - Manufacturing (Parenteral) will be responsible for handling sterile manufacturing equipment, supporting aseptic processing, batch execution, cleaning, area preparation, and documentation in the parenteral production department. This requires practical production knowledge, cleanroom discipline, safety awareness, and understanding of GMP practices. The candidate will support smooth, safe, and quality-focused injectable manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sterile manufacturing, compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, and related activities.
• Operate parenteral production equipment under approved SOPs and supervisor guidance.
• Follow cleanroom gowning, aseptic behavior, hygiene, and contamination control procedures.
• Support equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and area preparation before batch start.
• Verify batch materials, labels, containers, and equipment status before processing.
• Maintain production logbooks, cleaning records, equipment usage records, and batch entries.
• Monitor machine operation, process parameters, line output, and in-process observations.
• Report machine breakdowns, abnormal observations, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow GMP, GDP, PPE, safety, and pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols.
• Support line clearance, product changeover, and manufacturing area readiness.
• Coordinate with production officers, QA, engineering, and warehouse teams.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid contamination, mix-up, or product loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Participate in training related to SOPs, GMP, aseptic practices, and safety.
• Ensure reliable technical support for sterile parenteral production.
