CT-MRI Technician

The CT-MRI Technician will be responsible for supporting CT and MRI imaging procedures, patient preparation, positioning, image quality, safety compliance, equipment handling, and radiology documentation at Shalby Hospitals, Indore. This requires Diploma qualification with 5–6 years of experience in CT-MRI imaging, radiology workflow, and patient-centered diagnostic support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT, MRI, and assigned radiology imaging procedures.
• Verify patient identity, doctor request, clinical history, and imaging instructions before scanning.
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate and high-quality imaging results.
• Operate CT and MRI equipment as per radiology department protocols.
• Follow MRI safety, radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards.
• Maintain imaging logs, scan records, patient details, and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate with radiologists, doctors, nurses, OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency teams.
• Prioritize emergency imaging requests and support urgent diagnostic workflow.
• Check equipment readiness and report machine issues to seniors promptly.
• Guide patients politely regarding procedure steps, safety instructions, and basic preparation.
• Support contrast preparation and patient monitoring under radiologist guidance.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely CT-MRI imaging services.
