Senior Executive - Corporate Quality Assurance

Lupin Limited is seeking a highly detail-oriented and compliance-driven Senior Executive – Corporate Quality Assurance to strengthen corporate quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across global operations. The involves governance of quality procedures, QMS management, regulatory gap assessments, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high standards of cGMP compliance and quality excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) functions across the organization.
• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate quality procedures and governance documents.
• Ensure all corporate SOPs are aligned with current cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Track and ensure timely revision and implementation of SOPs through e-DMS systems.
• Monitor SOP lifecycle management and compliance with “SOP on SOP” requirements.
• Ensure 100% compliance with training curricula including GMP and functional training.
• Review and approve site-level SOPs related to operations and quality systems.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) including QAMS, EDMS, and related platforms.
• Manage QMS activities such as change controls, deviations, CAPA, and effectiveness checks.
• Track QMS records and ensure timely closure in coordination with site and corporate teams.
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and monitor implementation of compliance actions.
• Ensure alignment with global regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Support quality improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, QA, IT, and regulatory affairs.
• Review and finalize Quality Technical Agreements (QTA) for APIs and finished products.
• Collaborate with supply chain, legal, and customers for agreement execution and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and records related to corporate quality systems.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections across sites.
• entify areas of improvement in quality systems and propose corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to sites for compliance with cGMP and quality standards.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions on corporate procedures and policies.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy across quality systems.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of quality practices across all manufacturing sites.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
