Sr. Executive - Infotech

Lupin Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. Executive – Infotech to manage Data and Analytics projects as a Scrum Master/Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and alignment with organizational digital transformation goals. The involves driving Agile practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master/Project Manager for Data and Analytics initiatives.
• Drive execution of digital and data transformation projects aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide periodic project status updates, reports, and escalate risks or issues when required.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
• Handle new project requests and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• entify and remove obstacles or bottlenecks impacting project progress.
• Resolve conflicts within teams and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Guide teams towards higher Scrum maturity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Build a productive and collaborative work environment encouraging team ownership.
• Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external vendors.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records for audit and review purposes.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategic goals and digital roadmap.
