Job Description

Lupin Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – Finance Shared Services to manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) rebate processes for the US business, ensuring accurate validation, processing, and reconciliation of customer claims. The involves working closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining financial accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting efficient cash flow management while adhering to compliance and contractual obligations.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor claims mailbox, including claim uploads and customer inquiries.
  • Validate and process customer claims related to commercial rebates, administrative fees, VIR, indirect billbacks, stocking allowances, and other charges.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer claims and ensure proper documentation.
  • Access and navigate customer portals to download invoices, claims, and related documents.
  • Prepare customer reports in line with contractual agreements and timelines.
  • Review and interpret contract terms to validate customer claims accurately.
  • Perform variance analysis between customer claims and internal data.
  • Reconcile claims with payments andentify discrepancies or short payments.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable teams to clear outstanding deductions and disputes.
  • Support credit and debit note applications in SAP systems.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and data for dispute resolution with customers.
  • Analyze customer inquiries, including sales and payment-related queries.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims to support prompt payment cycles.
  • Maintain organized records of validation files, reconciliations, and payment data.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, commercial, and operations for issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze large datasets efficiently.
  • Support continuous process improvements in O2C and rebate management workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and global teams.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and professional conduct in all financial activities.
