Senior Officer - Accounts and Finance

Senior Officer - Accounts and Finance is responsible for managing accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, invoice processing, SAP accounting, finance documentation, and payment coordination. The requires B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance preferred qualification with 10 to 15 years of experience. Candidates should be capable of independently handling vendor accounts, reconciliation, and finance reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise vendor invoice processing and accounts payable workflow.
• Review vendor reconciliation statements and resolve mismatches.
• Maintain accounting records in SAP or hospital finance software.
• Verify invoice approvals, purchase documents, and payment entries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment processing.
• Track outstanding invoices, payment due dates, and financial approvals.
• Prepare vendor payment reports and reconciliation summaries.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual finance closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital accounting and finance policies.
• Assist audits by providing vendor and accounts payable documentation.
• Monitor accuracy of GST, tax, and finance-related records.
• Identify gaps in invoice processing and recommend improvements.
• Guide junior finance staff when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounts payable management.
