Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing patient reception, registration, appointment scheduling, inquiry handling, billing coordination, and patient guidance in the eye hospital. This requires excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, professional behavior, and a patient-friendly approach. The candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations and create a positive first impression for patients and visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors, and attendants with polite and professional communication.
• Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and OPD coordination.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about doctors, timings, and services.
• Guide patients to consultation rooms, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, and optical services.
• Maintain appointment schedules, patient records, and front office documentation.
• Verify patient details, contact numbers, and required documents during registration.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, nurses, billing, and administration teams.
• Manage patient waiting flow and reduce delays through proper coordination.
• Handle patient queries and escalate complaints to seniors when required.
• Support payment collection, receipt generation, and billing-related assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Ensure reception area remains clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
