Sr. Executive – Brand Development & Communications

KEM Hospital is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Sr. Executive – Brand Development & Communications to support the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The involves developing promotional strategies, coordinating campaigns, managing content creation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare a monthly calendar of promotional activities, campaigns, and hospital events.
• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing budgets aligned with promotional plans.
• Assist in planning and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives aligned with hospital objectives.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to collect updates on events, achievements, and initiatives for promotional use.
• Support content development for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and hospital promotions.
• Liaise with in-house designers and external creative agencies for development of marketing collaterals.
• Ensure timely proof-checking, approvals, and distribution of branding and promotional materials.
• Coordinate execution of media plans across print, radio, digital, and other advertising platforms.
• Manage printing and production requirements through empaneled vendors and agencies.
• entify and onboard new vendors to improve quality, reduce cost, and enhance turnaround time.
• Capture photographs and videos during hospital events for marketing and communication purposes.
• Perform basic editing of visual content for use across digital and offline platforms.
• Maintain and update databases for SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Execute targeted communication campaigns to enhance patient engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with Purchase and Accounts departments.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of all branding and promotional activities.
• Monitor execution of branding initiatives across hospital premises and external platforms.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities as required.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with PR and media agencies for hospital publicity and coverage.
• Support hospital events, launches, health camps, and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital communication policies and standards.
• Perform any additional branding, marketing, or communication tasks assigned by HOD/management.
