Assistant Sales Manager

DNCC Group of Clinic is seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to support clinic growth through effective sales strategies, patient engagement, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, guiding the team, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of clinic sales targets by actively driving conversions and revenue generation
• Conduct detailed consultations with patients, explaining services, products, and treatment plans to ensure effective closures
• Perform regular follow-ups with prospective and existing patients to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates
• Collect patient references, reviews, and feedback to enhance service quality and build brand credibility
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maximize revenue through service sales, product sales, and strategies such as upselling and cross-selling
• Train, mentor, and motivate clinic staff to improve performance and achieve individual and team targets
• Assist in managing daily clinic operations, including infrastructure, equipment, stock, and petty cash handling
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards across the clinic
• Step in to support treatments or procedures during operational needs or emergency situations
• Coordinate with management to track performance, improve processes, and implement sales strategies
