Job Description

DNCC Group of Clinic is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee end-to-end clinic operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the clinic team, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive clinic performance by achieving and exceeding assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Oversee complete clinic operations including infrastructure, equipment, inventory, and day-to-day functioning
  • Maintain and monitor fixed assets, stock levels, and petty cash to ensure operational efficiency
  • Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality service
  • Manage HR-related coordination such as attendance, onboarding, exits, and staff documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and company policies across the clinic
  • Conduct patient consultations, explain services/products, and support conversion through effective counseling
  • Maximize revenue through service sales, product sales, and strategies like upselling and cross-selling
  • Focus on staff retention by recognizing performance and fostering a positive work environment
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and implement KRAs, training, and development plans
  • Support onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff members
  • Implement new policies, procedures, and business strategies at the clinic level
  • Collect patient feedback, reviews, and references to improve service quality and satisfaction
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, performance data, and operational updates with management
  • Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and professional standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist in treatments or procedures during emergencies or operational needs, if required
  • Manage front desk operations including call handling, appointment scheduling, and patient flow
  • Oversee billing processes using ERP systems and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with backend teams for timely replenishment
