• Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources including beds, staff, and equipment.

• Conduct regular rounds across hospital premises to monitor cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Ensure all departments maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams to maintain discipline and hygiene.
