Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up operating theatres and surgical instruments, ensuring sterility and readiness for procedures.
• Support surgeons during operations by providing required instruments and supplies efficiently.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist with anesthesia as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries.
• Document surgical procedures and patient outcomes accurately and comprehensively.
• Adhere strictly to infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Guide patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery processes.
• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth and coordinated procedures.
