Production

The Production Manager will lead day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with GMP standards. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements in all production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure product quality standards.
• Manage and supervise production staff, including training, performance monitoring, and development.
• Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records and production reports.
• entify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and control costs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain production equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for upkeep.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for inventory and dispatch planning.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review and decision-making.
