Production

The Production Officer will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation. The involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring processes, and supporting the Production Manager in achieving production targets efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and update batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams for in-process checks.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• entify and report any deviations or abnormalities in production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the production area as per standards.
• Monitor and control wastage, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Support equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with inspection requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for material availability.
