Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining documentation and audit readiness. The involves close coordination with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to established procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and other applicable quality standards.
• Review and approve SOPs, batch records, protocols, and quality-related documents.
• Manage deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes.
• Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory and customer audits.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with production and QC teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental and process control parameters.
• Investigate product complaints and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.
• Train employees on quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure all records are updated and accessible.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance.
• Prepare quality reports and metrics for management review.
