Quality Control

The Quality Control professional will be responsible for performing testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. The involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining laboratory documentation, and supporting validation and audit activities. The candidate will work closely with QA and production teams to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing using standard methods and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Perform stability studies and support method validation activities.
• entify out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in investigations.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance with lab standards.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, chemicals, and consumables.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment in the laboratory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
