Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance professional will be responsible for overseeing quality processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines, and supporting documentation, audits, and validation activities. The requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to monitor quality standards,entify gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and company quality policies.
• Review and control quality documents such as SOPs, specifications, and batch records.
• Handle deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes effectively.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assist in external and regulatory inspections.
• Support qualification and validation activities for equipment, processes, and systems.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and other departments for quality-related matters.
• Investigate product complaints and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Track and analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps.
• Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in risk assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain readiness for audits and ensure all quality records are updated and accessible.
