Job Description
Care Hospitals is seeking a Physician Assistant to assist consultants in patient care, monitor clinical progress, and maintain comprehensive medical records. The involves regular patient rounds, coordination with nursing staff, and ensuring timely execution of treatment plans and medical documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist consultants during rounds and provide updates on patient condition and treatment progress
- Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and address patient concerns
- Ensure all medical orders are accurately documented and implemented
- Maintain complete and up-to-date patient records, case sheets, and treatment charts
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure proper execution of care plans
- Follow up on investigations, reports, and ensure timely communication of findings
- Prepare discharge summaries, procedure notes, and clinical documentation
- Support clinical procedures and ensure proper documentation of all activities
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, duty schedules, and patient care standards
- Provide continuous patient support and ensure smooth coordination across departments
