Job Description
Care Hospitals is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide efficient and patient-centered nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and quality standards. The involves monitoring patient health, supporting treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality nursing care with a focus on patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patient condition and support implementation of treatment plans
- Maintain infection control practices and adhere to hospital protocols
- Demonstrate clinical competence and professional judgment in patient care
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
