Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provideect patient care including hygiene, comfort, and basic nursing needs.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to senior medical staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and nursing notes.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain cleanliness in patient areas.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Support emergency care and respond promptly to critical situations.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for patient care.
- Ensure safe handling and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
