Oncology Program Manager

Oncology Program Manager is responsible for managing oncology program operations, patient care coordination, multidisciplinary workflow, service delivery, and healthcare program execution. The requires MBA or healthcare management qualification with 5 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of oncology services, program management, healthcare operations, coordination, patient journey support, and hospital service improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of oncology programs and services.
• Coordinate with medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and support teams.
• Track oncology patient journey from consultation to treatment follow-up.
• Support planning and execution of oncology care programs.
• Monitor service quality, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate tumor board meetings, case discussions, and clinical workflows.
• Maintain oncology program reports, dashboards, and performance data.
• Support patient counselling, scheduling, and treatment coordination.
• Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, nursing, and administration teams.
• Support oncology outreach, awareness, and patient support initiatives.
• Ensure smooth, patient-focused, and coordinated oncology care delivery.
