Physiotherapist -Homecare

Physiotherapist - Homecare is responsible for providing home-based physiotherapy, rehabilitation support, exercise therapy, mobility training, and recovery guidance for patients. The requires BPT or MPT qualification with 0 to 6 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, patient care, exercise therapy, physical therapy, mobility improvement, and homecare service coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment at patient homes.
• Prepare rehabilitation plans based on patient condition and recovery goals.
• Conduct exercise therapy, mobility training, and strengthening programs.
• Support post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and elderly care rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and precautions.
• Monitor patient progress and update therapy plans when required.
• Maintain homecare physiotherapy records and treatment notes.
• Coordinate with doctors, homecare coordinators, and family members.
• Use physiotherapy techniques and equipment safely.
• Support pain management and functional improvement programs.
• Follow patient safety, hygiene, and professional homecare standards.
• Deliver patient-friendly, goal-oriented, and compassionate rehabilitation care.
