Head - Finance TPA and Billing

Head - Finance, TPA and Billing is responsible for managing hospital finance operations, billing systems, TPA coordination, revenue cycle management, claims processing, financial reporting, and compliance. The requires CA, ICWA, CFA, or MBA Finance qualification with 5 to 12 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of hospital billing, insurance claims, accounts, revenue control, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead finance, billing, TPA, and revenue cycle operations of the hospital.
• Supervise OPD/IPD billing, package billing, discharge billing, and payment processes.
• Monitor insurance, TPA, corporate, and cash patient billing workflows.
• Ensure accurate claim documentation, submission, follow-up, and settlement.
• Track receivables, outstanding payments, denials, deductions, and claim status.
• Prepare financial reports, revenue dashboards, and management MIS.
• Coordinate with consultants, billing, accounts, TPA desk, admission, and discharge teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, hospital billing rules, and approval processes.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, refunds, advances, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify revenue leakage and implement billing control measures.
• Support audits, statutory requirements, and financial documentation.
• Train and supervise billing, TPA, and finance team members.
• Resolve patient billing and insurance-related escalations professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, patient, and hospital information.
• Ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant finance and billing operations.
