Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, generating patient inquiries, building referral relationships, and supporting local healthcare marketing activities. This requires strong communication, field marketing, follow-up, and relationship management skills. The candidate will support brand visibility, doctor engagement, patient outreach, campaign execution, and business growth through ethical promotion and disciplined market activity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, and patient-care offerings in assigned areas.
• Generate patient inquiries, referrals, and leads through field visits and relationship building.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, institutions, and local partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to improve hospital visibility and service awareness.
• Explain hospital services, treatment facilities, and patient benefits clearly to stakeholders.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Track daily visits, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and market feedback accurately.
• Coordinate with reception, clinical, operations, and management teams for referral handling.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend local marketing activities for growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, patient needs, and healthcare trends in assigned territories.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, referral sources, and community contacts.
• Prepare regular marketing reports, activity summaries, and lead status updates for management.
• Ensure promotional communication follows hospital guidelines and ethical healthcare standards.
• Support achievement of monthly marketing, outreach, and patient acquisition targets.
• Represent the hospital positively during meetings, events, camps, and field interactions.
