DGM:- SCM (COE)

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to establish and strengthen the SCM Center of Excellence (COE). The focuses on developing standardized processes, implementing best practices, and driving digital transformation across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. The candidate will play a key in enhancing supply chain efficiency, enabling decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve supply chain processes, policies, and frameworks across functions
• Implement best practices in procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management to enhance operational efficiency
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and improve supply chain performance
• Support decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and supply planning activities
• Provide governance, guidelines, and training to SCM teams to ensure consistency and capability building
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance frameworks
