Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a supply chain professional to manage scenario planning and support end-to-end supply chain optimization. The involves building analytical models, assessing demand and supply fluctuations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and responsiveness. The candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scenario planning models to evaluate supply chain risks, opportunities, and operational strategies across demand, supply, inventory, and logistics
• Analyze demand variability, supply disruptions, cost implications, and capacity constraints to support proactive planning
• Collaborate with demand planning, production, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and scenario outputs to support decision-making at leadership level
• Prepare clear, insightful reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and evaluate supply-demand scenarios to optimize production planning, inventory levels, and distribution strategies
• Lead scenario planning initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in supply chain processes
• Work closely with IT and analytics teams to enhance modeling capabilities, automation, and data accuracy
