Costing Manager

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a finance professional to handle costing, MIS reporting, and plant-level financial support functions. The involves preparing and analyzing financial data, managing inventory and stock records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with audit and accounting standards. The candidate will work closely with plant teams, cross-functional departments, and corporate finance to ensure smooth financial operations and effective cost control.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily and monthly MIS reports covering sales, production, expenses, orders, and costing to support management decision-making
• Provide finance support to multiple manufacturing units and collaborate with HODs for effective financial planning and control
• Handle inventory and stock management by preparing stock valuations, monthly statements, and ensuring proper reconciliation and accuracy
• Manage import-related accounting by booking import bills and maintaining import registers and documentation
• Support budgeting processes, product costing, and perform cost variance analysis toentify improvement areas
• Assist in statutory, internal, and cost audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial regulations
• Support order management and credit control processes to ensure smooth operations and timely approvals
• Coordinate with corporate finance teams and contribute to various financial activities and reporting requirements
