Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling patient registration, managing appointments, guiding patients and visitors, and ensuring a positive first impression of the hospital. The requires strong communication skills, a courteous attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
• Manage front desk operations including inquiries, calls, and walk-ins.
• Guide patients to appropriate departments and services within the hospital.
• Maintain patient records and update details in the hospital management system.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Handle admission and discharge processes efficiently.
• Address patient queries and resolve concerns or escalate when required.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation at the front office.
• Maintain queue management and ensure minimal waiting time.
• Handle cash transactions, receipts, and basic billing support if required.
• Ensure proper communication between patients and medical staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Support TPA and billing teams for patient documentation when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Assist in handling emergency situations andecting patients accordingly.
• Participate in patient satisfaction and feedback processes.
• Maintain professionalism, grooming, and a positive attitude.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
