Job Description

Experienced Business Analyst – SAP Manufacturing responsible for analyzing manufacturing operations, supporting SAP implementation activities, and optimizing production workflows within pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments. Skilled in SAP manufacturing modules, process mapping, business analysis, reporting, and system integration. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance system performance, and support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support SAP manufacturing module implementation and configuration activities.
  • Gather business requirements and them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, and supply chain teams effectively.
  • Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Support master data management and system accuracy initiatives.
  • Prepare business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancement solutions.
  • Participate in SAP testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing process standards.
  • Generate MIS reports and manufacturing performance dashboards.
  • Support integration between SAP and manufacturing operations systems.
  • Coordinate change requests and system upgrade activities.
  • Train end users on SAP manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Monitor production planning and inventory management processes within SAP.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze production data and operational KPIs for business insights.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution and technical support.
  • Maintain documentation related to SAP processes and configurations.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance documentation activities.
