Hospital Billing Executive

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a billing professional to handle OPD and IPD billing activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of invoices. The involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, managing patient billing queries, and maintaining proper financial records in line with hospital policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage OPD and IPD billing processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Generate invoices, process payments, and ensure proper billing documentation
• Verify patient details, services, and charges before finalizing bills
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Handle patient queries related to billing and provide necessary clarifications
• Maintain records of transactions and ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures
• Ensure timely closure of billing activities and support financial reporting
