Billing Executive

Detail-oriented Billing Executive responsible for managing invoicing, billing operations, payment processing, and financial documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Skilled in preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, handling customer billing queries, and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies. Adept at coordinating with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth billing cycles, error-free transactions, and efficient revenue management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers as per agreed terms and pricing.
• Verify billing data, purchase orders, and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Maintain and update billing records, customer accounts, and financial documentation.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments when required.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer billing-related queries.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for billing accuracy and approvals.
• Monitor pending payments and support accounts receivable follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and financial procedures.
• Generate billing reports, MIS reports, and revenue summaries for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
• Support audit requirements by providing accurate billing and transaction records.
• Ensure timely billing cycle execution to support revenue realization.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle customer communication related to invoices, payments, and billing clarifications.
