• Support VIP patient handling with personalized care and attention.

• Prepare reports and MIS related to patient feedback and service quality.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives.
• Support hospital events, health camps, and outreach programs.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with front office, billing, and TPA teams for smooth coordination.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all interaction points.
• Continuously upgrade communication and customer service skills through training.
