Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The involves working closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain employee satisfaction, and align HR practices with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
• Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and time office functions.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement.
• Manage employee relations and address queries, grievances, and concerns.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement processes.
• Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and share insights with management.
• Monitor and manage employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and policies.
