The Telecaller will be responsible for handling patient calls, appointment booking, enquiry follow-up, feedback calls, service information, and communication support at Preethi Hospitals, Madurai. This requires any graduate qualification with 0–3 years of telecalling or customer support experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient enquiries politely.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmation, follow-up, feedback, and reminders.
- Provide information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital process.
- Book appointments and update patient call records accurately.
- Maintain call logs, enquiry trackers, appointment lists, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with front office, OPD, billing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
- Handle patient questions professionally and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
- Follow proper calling script, communication tone, and hospital service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and contact details.
- Support promotional campaign calls or health check-up follow-ups when assigned.
- Track missed calls and ensure timely callback.
- Ensure clear, polite, and patient-friendly telecommunication support.
